A Course In Galois Theory

I rushed through this book. I was motivated to read this book after reading ‘Love and Math’. The book is concise and clearly written and build systematically. It certainly imporved my understanding of this beautiful area of Mathematics. I particularly enjoyed the discussion of counstructble points (ruler/compass construction) and the book provided a nice explanation of solvable groups.  I would have liked more examples and worked examles and probably more details. However, it provided a great foundation for me.  I wish I had more time to think about its contents.
